Sword of the Stranger
A brief review by

This is one of the best samurai/historical anime that I have ever seen. In the beginning, there was no action just dialog, but then the action begins with lots of blood and sword techniques. Accompanying these amazing fights is the soundtrack. Which you can feel that they go hand in hand. Some of the notes reminded of Celine Dion’s Titanic. For the plot itself, it is just merely there for the characters to meet and battle leaving many plot holes. Even though the characters are from China, Japan, and a Western Nation their backgrounds are similar to other samurai characters in anime making them not interesting to know them any further. However, it was great that the creators included Chinese dialog. Because it is evident that a Chinese swordsman will not be speaking Japanese with his colleague (similar to Blood the last vampire)
